Deposit/CanceLlation Policy

All deposits are refundable until 48-hours before your appointment and are considered place holders. Your deposit is either $75 or your total combined labor cost, whichever is the lesser amount. You deposit will be applied to the final total for your service or carried over to a future visit, should you meet the cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you do not show up or arrive too late for us to complete your service on the scheduled day without 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
48 hour notice
is required in the event you need to cancel—or your deposit will be forfeited. This includes No-call/ No-show and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. If 2 appointments are missed/cancelled, payment will be due in full to make an appointment. This will serve as your deposit to reserve an appointment time—and is subject to the cancellation policy for the full amount. All deposits/payments are NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel with less than 48 hour notice.

RESCHEDULING / LATE POLICY
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you arrive too late for us to complete your service on the day it’s scheduled, you may need to to reschedule and your deposit forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise…please understand that last minute changes affect our business and other clients as well.
If you must cancel an appointment, 48 hours is required in order to keep your deposit.

DEPOSIT REFUNDS

When refunding your deposit, we will return the full amount less fees charged to us by the credit card processor as those are non-refundable.
