How Long will you have my suspension?

Our goal is to turn around every service on the same day as your appointment. If we run into issues and it will take longer, we will contact you right away.

what if i decide to do less than the recommended service?

We only do work you authorize. Our recommendations are just that, recommendations. However, we only guarantee our service. So, after a service, if you have an issue on parts we did not service, we may have to redo the whole thing. This could result in a higher end cost to you.

90-day service guarantee

For every service we perform, we guarantee our workmanship will be defect free for a period of 90 days.
 

Custom tune guarantee

If you’re not happy with your custom tune, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
 

Why do you spell house with a “w”?

The Shock Howse is spelled with a “w” because that’s my last name and my guarantee to you.
